Accounting: At Professional Property Services we take care of all the accounting.  At the end of the year we provide you with a accurate and detailed report for your tax accountant to use along with your non-real estate reporting requirements.  What could be easier than that!!!.

Reporting:  At Professional Property Services we believe the property owners are most satisfied when they know how their property is doing.  We provide a transparent reporting policy whereby the owner gets a formal report each month which includes:

  • A Monthly Property Narrative
  • Balance Sheet
  • Income Statement
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Tenant List
  • Expense Report, and
  • Copies of all paid invoices
